I count the conversations that I had with Dr. Sowmya as the most meaningful and pivotal for my life. She is the most trusted confidant that I have found. She has a brilliant understanding of human nature. And most importantly she has the ability to distill down the obstacles that keep an individual stuck. She creates a plan to overcome them. This is an incredible skill. This has refined over the years and it is mesmerizing to see how her focus is on simple things bringing in the most needed changes.

I have grown out of my non-assertive and a lack mindset. This has saved my life and my family. I have to tread the path of my passion, happiness, and success now. Looking back, her support had been the only hope that I had at the lowest of my time. I am so very grateful to Dr. Sowmya.

Dr. Sowmya has been my strength as a doctor and a counselor. I have learned more about myself in the past 3 years than in the last 30 years. The migraine headaches that had for the past 30 years are no longer there. I wish I had met her much earlier. Blessed be her.
